Lemon Mayonnaise

2 egg yolks

juice of 1 lemon

1 1/2 cups grapeseed oil

salt to taste

Put egg yolks and lemon juice in mini food processor and blend for about 5 – 10 seconds. Pour oil in a steady stream with machine running to make the mayonnaise. Add salt and pepper to taste if desired.
